Services offered include accommodation bookings, ticket sales, theatre tickets, tickets for attractions and events. Photocopying and faxing service. National Express coach tickets. Local souvenirs, ordnance survey maps and walking books.
Congleton Tourist Information Centre has full wheelchair access and a hearing loop.
